Torfs

Torfs well we better start off with what is a torf. It's the small Graphic that shows up in the game when you select a team. Torfs are also the small graphics that are the different team Jersey's after you select a team & wish to pick a different Jersey for them. These are saved in two different places in the game but don't worry this is after all a step by step. I am using the torfs that I made but not correctly this was done for this example so I could show the end Product. This is a UFHL team the Calgary Ice Bears. This is not a Real NHL team It was overwritten in NHL View & with addon graphics. NHL view will be explained in a later chapter. For Now all we need to focus on is one main thing. This team before I made any changes to it was the Real NHL team Carolina Hurricanes. Before we make any changes we Need to open a program called NHL view because the NHL game uses numbers in alphabetical order as to where the team files are. In this example by clicking on the team tab and clicking on the Canes the Program tells us that it is team number 5. Remember this number because all changes made to the canes will be done to the number 5 files. On to the next step Getting a template. I usually download one here because I know the files are checked by the staff to make sure they are not messed up.
